I Was helped by a nice guy, when I told him what my price range was and the type of comfort I wanted, the first mattress he suggested was the one I purchased. he was helpful with the payment and offered refreshments :)

We were aided at all times buy a gentleman named Jeff who asked our requirements and explained all of our options,although he was close to hand he was not constantly on our shoulder trying to rush us,most refreshing!

Aftab was very knowledgeable about my requirements and recommended the mattress I went on to purchase.

The assistance i got at the Acton store was amazing - your sales assistant spent as much time with me as i needed even though i was dithering. He asked me if he should leave me alone for a bit to decide which he did but then he came back to me even though other new customers has come into the store. He made the process very easy!

Jeff who served us was brilliant. Very helpful knew all about the products.

Lynda was extremely helpful and friendly and her customer service was excellent.
