Immediately offered help upon arrival. Was able to use the Sleep technology to learn more about my mattress needs. Patient while I tried out options. Strong product knowledge and explained the different options. Store was very clean and social distancing in place...beds immediately sanitized so felt like a safe shopping experience. Great value and quickly delivery times.

We previously ordered our bed from Bensons on 23/2 delivery date 30/3 then changed to 11/5 they on Thursday changed again to 17/5 with no guarantee for delivery on that date. Contacted Linda on telesales at Dreams very helpful and our bed delivery date is 6/5 cannot recommended Dreams fir the efficient delivery when it’s taken Bensons 12weeks and still no guarantee delivery date

Ikram greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and explained the Covid protocols, made me feel very safe and welcome. After discussing what I wanted, he placed me on the 'Sleepmatch' system to recommend the best mattresses for me. Then whilst I was trying various mattresses he gave me a bottle of water, and let me take my time. I was shown every mattress which suited my sleep style, from cheap to expensive, and Ikram was not pushy on the sales front. Eventually I found the mattress that suited me and we processed the payment. Ikram and his colleague (manager?) were very polite throughout which made for a very positive shopping experience.

We was meet on entering the store and was offered an excellent service not knowing what we wanted to buy was helped right through the process and was very happy with our purchase on leaving the store excellent customer service will be back and highly recommend

Very smooth process

As soon as I walked in I was greeting by a lovely lady named Lynda, she was very helpful, friendly and polite. Lynda helped me choose an ideal mattress by using a machine which analysed the way I slept. Pointed out the ones suited to me by the machine. I was offered a bottle of water and tested out a variety of beds. Dreams East Acton was clean and staff very respectful. Once my item was ordered I left happy with the choice I made and the service that was given.

Me and my wife have individual sleeping needs and preferences. Ikram took the time to run us through the sleep analyser and all the models that would suit us. He was super nice and very focused on what we needed over landing a sale. I understand it was his first week there and he did a great job. I'm confident he will be a great asset to your company with his determination to provide the best service for your customers.

The lady I spoke to was excellent, she was on point, I came Wednesday she answered all my questions, she said she was not in Thursday but Friday instead so I came Friday, and we went through all the paperwork and finance terms, she was excellent, 2nd time I used dreams in East Acton and they have never let me down. Excellent company. Do NOT DROP YOUR STANDARDS.
