We were completely satisfied in our visit to Reigate Shop. Original purchase via Amy was found to be unsuitable for our existing divan base. Torres invited us back to shop and was able to resolve the problem to our satisfaction. Torres made the visit a pleasant experience.

All to do with delivery. I needed the order as soon as possible, I understand it’s a busy time of year but thought there should be a option to pay a express service and guarantee much sooner than date given. Also not a chance to be offered a cancellation spot if one became available before given date. Everything else was of a high standard and very helpful staff.

The sales assistant Kerryn approached me as soon as I entered the shop. I told her that I wanted to have a quick look around first. I had done my homework and had worked out the dimensions. I then asked her to show me the ottoman bed that was on offer which she did along with other options. There was no hard sell. The Francis bed was £20 cheaper online the day before but I got a good discount on the mattress which was a nearly new display piece. I was happy with delivery date but not happy to pay an extra £50 to have it assembled. Unfortunately, the biometric bed didn't work even after several attempts. Kerryn was profusely apologetic and asked me to come back another time. All in all, it was a good experience which took me less than half hour.

Went to purchase a Doze Supreme mattress at my local Dreams. It wasn't in stock and I needed one asap. So I got the Doze Supreme Plus (more expensive version) to take away. It was faulty and did not develop at all over 3 daya. I Had to return that mattress and drive to another store 9 miles away until I got the one I originally wanted. It was a complete faff.
