Friendly, welcoming and informative

The assistant was very informative about the beds without being pushy .

The Sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Helped to advise without being pushy. We had our two year old daughter with us and the staff made us all feel welcome and valued as customers.

I received really good customer service. Everything was explained clearly to me and Emma spent as much time as needed to assist me to make my decision and purchase a bed which was just right for me. Both memebers of staff were polite and courteous throughout my visit.

Tracey took her time understanding my needs and gave me full attention. She was knowledgeable and patient whilst I tried different mattresses. She made me feel welcomed and offered me a drink whilst I made a decision. She did her best to offer me a price that was feasible.

The assistant Tracey was very friendly and not at all pushy, giving me sufficient information about the choices that met my requirements but allowing me to make the final choice. It was nice being in a shop full of smiling faces who were all pleasant to deal with. The two guys who delivered the bed were again happy people who got on with there jobs in a fast efficient manor, all of which would take me back to dreams if I have to purchase any further beds.

I would rarely give highly satisfied with a shopping experience. One item was in stock one was place on back order for a 6 weeks time

I was highly satisfied with the member of staff but in all other aspects the Dreams experience was good but not stunning

A bit too long to receive the bed frame
