Dreams - Reigate

Your Dreams colleague listened as I described the bed I'm replacing(comfortable enough but old). She asked questions about my likes so that she would know which of your products to suggest. When I changed my mind or was unsure she was totally patient and helpful. Also, she avoided makingme feel as if I didn't know what I was talking about, which can happen you know.

Given appropriate information when we needed it, store layout explained clearly; then we were left alone to browse the shop. When we wanted to ask questions, someone was there to answer. When placing our order, everything was explained - what was and wasn't included, what the options on the bed were, time scales, delivery options - and the overall experience was friendly.

The staff were extremely pleasant but also very knowledgable. They did not try and sell us the most expensive products in the store but were more concerned in ensuring we got the right product for us. At no time did we feel pressurised to buy at all, even though we did buy. Was also offered a hot drink and given space and time to try out the product and make up our minds. A pleasant shopping experience.

We spoke to Emma in the Reigate store who knew all information and answers regarding our requirements off the top of her head and was also helpful in ensuring we tested all ranges of mattress to get an understanding of the differences. The extra display room downstairs was an unexpected bonus and actually had the bed we'd previously seen on line on display (all be it in a different colour) but it gave us a good understanding. Emma was very knowledgeable and gave us the facts rather than the hard sell which we prefer.

The staff saw me arrive and gave me a few minutes to find my way around. I was then approached by Emma who offered help as it was obvious that I needed some. I explained my needs and was shown all the possible options. This made choosing easy and we progressed to purchase stage quickly. I was very impressed with the whole process and will definately use Dreams again.

The assistant was first rate from when we entered, explained the full range before deciding which we were going to purchase. Not pushy at all, taking in to account what we wanted! First rate.....
