Our satisfaction primarily goes to the helpfulness and good public relations of the member of staff serving us, Emma. Emma renewed my faith in Dreams following a friends very poor experience with the store some years ago and I was unsure as to whether to give it a try again or not. Emma put my concerns to bed! Our bed etc has not yet arrived and is not due for another couple of weeks. That will be the real test.

I am not really experienced in buying beds and the help that was offered to me as soon as I walked in the store ultimately lead me to a decision which I feel is best suited to my needs. I was not rushed at any point and this enabled me to check (and re-check) that my purchase was right for me. There was a good range of different products that allowed me to reinforce that I was buying the right thing. 0% finance is a useful option and the goods I required were available for delivery to meet the time frame that I required.

Tracey knew exactly what she was talking about and was very helpful with answering our questions. We weren't pushed into a sale, as can happen in similar shops, and we were given time and plenty of information to make the right decision for us. Overall a great experience.
