Friendly staff great atmosphere.

Emma at the Reigate store was very polite, pleasant and helpful. She listened to my requirements and answered all my questions very knowledgeably. At no time was I harassed into buying unlike at other stores. Delivery of my new mattress was arranged extremely quickly - only 3 days after purchase. Excellent customer service. I understand from Emma that this branch has never had the winning customer - they certainly deserve it (and maybe that might be me!).

Tracey who helped us was really great. Showed us everything we wanted to see and gave us good advice.

A large variety of bed designs and a good selection of mattresses on display with the opportunity to try them all out for comfort made for a very pleasant shopping experience.
