I explained what I required and was immediately shown the types of beds that would be most appropriate and the differences were explained to me. With the mattress we tried a few and the assistant reminded us about our comments on each one and helped to make our minds up

The lady who helped me was well informed and friendly. She matched me to the right products. She didn't try to sell me anything over and above what I needed. I was very satisfied.

Firstly - nowhere on this survey does it say what date of purchase/delivery or what product it refers to. I have bought 2 different beds on different dates recently. I am assuming this refers to the first purchase as the second hasn't been delivered yet. I got good advice without being hassled. After my first visit I went home and thought about what I wanted and when I came back 2 days later I actually ordered a different divan base and headboard from my original thoughts. I was very impressed with the speed of the delivery and assembly process. The bed is very comfortable and looks good.
