We were open minded about buying a bed but after speaking to the salesman quickly made our decision to make our purchase ,which was efficient and very satisfactory.

The salesman was immediately available to help us and after talking to us suggested a variety of mattress for us try and chatted with us to explain the differences. Delivery dates available were quick.

As I have not received my delivery as yet I cannot say anything about the comfort of the mattress but it seemed comfortable in the showroom. As far as the service I received from the staff was exemplary and charming.

The assistant, Tracey, was welcoming and knowledgeable. She was very friendly and efficient and quickly understood my needs, budget and urgent delivery time frame and she sorted everything out for me perfectly.

We have used the Reigate store before and this experience was as good as we have come to expect. We were pretty sure what we wanted but were given good advice on some alternatives in the shop before purchasing what we did.

Tracey, our sales assistant was knowledgable on all the products, she didn't try to persuade you either way but gave her opinion when asked. Polite and courteous.

Product pricing was exceptionally good. Although the items were not of the highest quality, the discount I received made the items good value for money
