Very helpful/friendly member of staff who was knowledgeable and liked the way the beds were colour coded for type of firmness to make browsing easier.

Two colleagues late n the day did not give us any feeling that they wanted to rush, were as helpful as they could be in placing the order - which was for delivery to another part of the country.

some of your questions were not relevant as we have not yet received delivery of our mattress , so it seems silly to ask a customer their thoughts prior to trying out the product and before delivery. we are only judging our comments regarding the salesperson who attended our request and desires, he was delightful and very helpful but that is not judgemental of your product,nth is review should co,e AFTER delivery. The gentleman was very informative.
