Came in to find the mattress i wanted and with 10 minutes of being in store all done

The assistance was smart and a very good salesperson I was extremely impressed by her

Local store and was happily advised by staff who helped and offered other alternatives. A quick and easy transaction will visit again.

The experience exceeded my expectations. I had nipped down to the shop during my lunch hour as I saw online that there was a sale on. I was a bit deflated to start with as they didn't seem to have what I wanted but Tracey was brilliant. She wasn't pushy or salesy - just listened to what I wanted & suggested a few things. I ended up walking out of the shop in less than 45 mins having ordered bedstead, mattress, bedside cabinets, pillows & a mattress protector. Superb !! Only downside has been that I had to have 2 deliveries - but that's a small moan. Today Craig & Stuart have been to deliver & build the bed. They too were fantastic. I will definitely be recommending you to my friends. Not sure if you can perhaps work on your branding - you are delivering John Lewis levels of customer service but my perception before I went into the Reigate shop was that you were a bit cheap & nasty. How wrong could I have been - 10 out of 10 from me !

The lady helping us was very knowledgeable and seemed to really care that we found the right product rather than just making a sale.

We were very happy with the service we received. The assistant allowed us to brows nicely before approaching and talking to us. She helped explaining the different items and prices. Overall we were very happy with our visit.

Tracey was excellent she was not afraid to advise me especially when I thought i knew what I wanted .She explained the difference between the combination and spring firm mattress but I did not feel under pressure to buy at any time. The store checked all of the details thoroughly with us and even offered coffee or tea although chocolate was off limits!
