My wife and I found exactly what we were looking for within a few minutes, and came away fully satisfied that it was a good buy,

We were going to order on line but the Assistant Tracey was so helpful and gave us free delivery usually not available in store that we were very happy to go ahead in the store.

Tracey spent time with us on the Saturday and when we left having purchased nothing, we went to see a competitor. The result was that on the Sunday we deliberately waited for Tracey. As a retired Sales Manager, I would have been delighted to have her on my team. Prodffesiona, listened well≤ yet closed the sale nicely.

The sales assistant was knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming.

During my visit I was made to feel very valued, special and respected. The lady who assisted to my needs was caring, professional and even offered me a cup of coffee!. I placed an order of 4 kingsize beds and 2 children beds due to the professionalism of the lady who served me. Thank you.

We were shown the range of options available in our pricerange, allowed time to try the beds and consider without being hassled. Given good information to take away and ordered efficiently when we cam back to make the purchase.

We wanted to purchase a tempur mattress with ottoman bed, but didn't really know much about either. Emma, the salesperson who looked after us today, gave detailed information to enable us to make up our minds, as well as giving us all the time we needed to decide on what would suit us best. We even got a cup of coffee!

Our Assistant, Tracey, could not have been more helpful nor attentive which made the whole experience less daunting. A wider range of goods than I would have guessed in a local store.

Came in to find the mattress i wanted and with 10 minutes of being in store all done
