The competence and efficiency of the sales person

Shop assistant was very pleasant, efficient and extremely helpful despite battling with a cold when she clearly should have been home in bed! She managed to effectively and pleasantly meet the needs of three separate groups of customers simultaneously, being the only member of staff in store on a Sunday. I bought in store because of her - had it been someone less effective I might have gone away and maybe ordered online.

The assistant gave me time and did not pressure me in any way. Her relaxed and smiling attitude was very friendly. She was very helpful in explaining extra costs for taking away my old bed. Excellent service!

I explained what I wished to see and was quickly shown the range of items that met my criteria.The assistant in Reigate was helpful friendly and knowledgable - despite being the only assistant in the store she took the time to make sure I had seen what I needed and after purchase even carried the item to my car for me.
