Speed of buying exactly what I wanted - which was a like for like replacement mattress. Ready to take away as mattress rolled and bagged. Shop assistant excellent...not overbearing but grasped what we wanted and instructed colleague to collect mattress.

I came in on the off chance, the team did not pressure me to buy. They showed me the products and tried to match to my requirements. They were very professional and helpful. I went away and did some price matching and felt the service and extra products were better - coupled with the teams help at store made me decide to but from your company. It was a quick process and length of time is important to me at the moment. All my needs were met - very happy and would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, very helpful and patient(!) particularly when I was quizzing them on how much I would be saving. Impressed with the fact that company is willing to take away old beds at a modest charge and liked the fact that if I don't like the product it can be exchanged within 40 days.
