As soon as I entered the store Paul (sales assistant) approached me asking if I needed any assistance. These days I often find this doesn't happen you have to approach sales staff asking them to help you. I explained exactly what my requirements were which was the cheapest bed possible for a spare room. I wanted a small double. He showed me a bed which I wanted to lie on which I did however, the size wasn't the smallest double so he showed me what a small double actually looked. I asked the difference between the different spring types and he kindly and patiently explained the difference in layman's terms. Although I wanted the very cheapest I wasn't sure about the draws so Paul showed me a bed with sliding doors and pull out draws. I asked him for several quotes which he gave me. I finally decided I preferred pull out draws. He showed me material samples for the divan base. The following day I called as I needed to change my delivery date. His computer wasn't working or was extremely slow so he said he would call me back. He kindly did so confirming the change of delivery. I found him very helpful, patient and informative. Excellent customer service.

We came into the shop with a bit of a strange request. We wanted a single bed with a headboard that could match another headboard only as we already had one single bed. We achieved that with Paul the assistant.

The assistant, Emma, was helpful and knowledgeable in making our choice of products and attentive without being overbearing and pushy. There were several customers in the shop at the time but the staff managed to offer help to all when required without having to wait.

We were offered advice immediately and left to decide on our own which was what we asked for. EveryOne was very attentive and we left with a successful purchase within 15 mins. Perfect
