Tracey at the Reigate branch was instantly available and pointed us to exactly the right products, colour etc. and also informed us about the benefits of the cottonfresh system which was new to us. She printed out a quote for us to take away and think about, and offered a discount covering delivery and taking away our old bed if we placed our order over the weekend. We would otherwise have looked at a couple of other suppliers before the final decision but having done our research online and felt very comfortable with the store experience, we decided to go ahead.

Staff were immediately available to answer any questions about products that we were interested in. Time was given to us to think over our purchase so there was no pressure at all.

Paul who served us was very willing to explain quality and prices. He was attentive without being pushy which we liked. We felt we could make an informed decision about our purchase.

Your colleague (Emma) introduced herself, gave my wife and me your coloured guide to the softness/firmness and then left us to decide No pushy sales talk but came back to us when needed - answering all our questions. Good stock and first class service.
