Dreams - Reigate

We visited your Reigate branch with a rough idea of what we required, so we were probably easy customers. We were assisted by Paul and we found hin to be a helpful, very pleasant young man. I personally detest pushy , overbearing sales assistants, and he was none of these things, just helping when required which is exactly what I want.

the sales assistant was very helpful and not pushy, but gave us the information that we required making looking for a mattress much easier and then leaving us to discuss and lay on the mattress but also being aware of when we need more help and making herself available for us

We went into Dreams with the intention of buying two beds and we came out having done so! There were some disappointments along the way, chiefly with delivery timetables however.

The Assistant was excellent, really friendly and helpful. I can't rate the product as I don't have it yet. However I have bought from this store before and no issues. Free delivery would be a nice touch when you're paying over £1500 for a bed.
