Paul Del Rio was extremely helpful and understood my needs due to a disability. He was also very hospitable and offered coffee. He explained everything really well and explained that the beds would be assembled for me. He had great knowledge with regards the extended warranty and all its benefits.

We were served by Emma. On first entering the store she was very discrete, but on asking for assistance -exemplary behaviour. Good product knowledge, not pushing and made the experience so much easier. We were able to make a decision on the mattress whilst in store and were happy to give the purchase to Emma as she had been so helpful, rather than order locally. My wife also was given a cup of tea. We had only popped in because the grandson was asleep.

Paul at the store was very helpful and knowledgeable. Having searched through the Internet it was great dealing with a person.

Very Friendly staff,no sales pressure

We were served by Emma who was knowledgeable about the product and dealt with us quickly and efficiently. Emma also allowed me to use the staff toilet and made me a cup of coffee. Emma also remembered me from my previous visit.

The choice & range of beds/mattresses. Tracey Harmer (TR32) was very knowledgeable and helpful in us making a decision to purchase a bed/mattress. The sale was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. We were very impressed with the 2 Delivery men (Oliver and Balazy). They both removed their shoes on entry to our home and were very careful when carrying out old bed and bringing in new one not to damage anywhere. They set up the new bed satisfactorily and were very nice delivery men.

Answered all questions we had about the product very efficiently.
