Paul the sales person was very informative and knew th products in his store and was able to give a full description of the mattress that we purchased. He arranged delivery suitable to me and I found him extremely helpful

Emma was very friendly and helpful but also knew when to leave us to browse and when to offer assistance. At 7months pregnant the offer of tea whilst we were looking at the range of beds and mattresses was very much appreciated!

The Sales Assistant - Emma - did not try to pressure us into buying something we did not want, and she made the whole buying process simple and straightforward.

Both members of staff that i spoke to were very knowledgeable and courteous.

We were welcomed with a cup of tea and given plenty of time to try out mattresses. It was great fun.

Was offered assistance immediately and left to ponder at our leisure.
