Nice welcome from assistant who was willing to spend time enabling me to make a final judgement,in comparing2 products .I feel she went the extra mile.I had already met her at the Epsom Store ,whilst shopping ,and considered that she was well informed on product detail-as it happened, we met up again by arrangement at the Reigate store close to my home. resulting in the purchase!

The assistant Tracey was very helpful and friendly. She guided us to a quality and understood our budget.

Emma (assistant) was extremely knowledgable and attentive. She allowed us time to try out several beds and helped us make an informed choice. She was very good with our children ( age 11 & 13). We did not feel pressurised to buy but felt that we had tried all the beds suitable for us and also had all the details of the beds in terms of their quality, materials, pros and cons. Also very informative about headboards and showed us all options including Dreams own brand. We were also offered drinks for ourselves and the children whilst choosing. Emma made additional products known to us such as mattress cover and pillows and also dealt with the finance side of things very swiftly. Emma was very friendly in a natural way. I would definitely return to the store based on her knowledge and service.

We were helped into the store as my husband was in a wheelchair. Paul, was very helpful and even asked if we wanted a tea and coffee whilst we were looking around. He was very charming and extremely helpful and I think this helped us in our purchase of a bed, as we had only popped into the Reigate Shop to browse the beds in the shop, but ended up purchasing one and a new mattress there and then.

Excellent customer service from Tracey! We basically knew what we wanted, but she was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable in getting us to the right products.

The assistant provided information requested, and a quote, was attentive and helpful without being pushy.
