Dreams - Reigate

We were greeted straight away when entering the store by Paul who was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were pushed for time as we were with our 15 month old baby and he answered all our questions and showed us exactly what we were asking for quickly and efficiently. Bank holiday shopping can be a nightmare but today was a dream!

The lady was extremely helpful, she listened to our needs and was very knowledgeable. she was professional and made our experience of buying a new bed very uncomplicated and enjoyable.

The assistant who helped us to purchase the mattress was phenomenal and outstanding product knowledge . She made it an absolute pleasure with our shopping requirements and took time to identify what our requirements were that would work with the what we both require from a mattress to get a great night sleep .

Tracey gave me enough unbiased information to enable me to make an informed choice. I went into the shop in the hope of purchasing a sale item but felt that, although the mattress I purchased was not a sale item, I was paying a fair price. Because Tracey was so helpful and the service met my needs and seems very efficient I did not feel the need to look further.

I explained to Emma the sales colleague what I wanted and she understood my needs quickly and explained the options available to me and then said I should take my time trying out the various options

The sales person who dealt with me at your reigate branch, who was Emma, was very professional and very helpful, it made the whole experience very easy for me.
