Dreams - Reigate

Having looked at some other stores I popped into Dreams in Reigate on the off chance of finding a good deal on a new bed as my husband and I are moving house shortly and thought it was time to upgrade to a kingsize. I was greeted and helped by Tracey who was very knowledgable about the products and immediately helped me find what I was looking for. Not only was there a great deal on the price but Dreams were able to deliver just one week later which was perfect for our house move. Everything was explained clearly and easily and staff even helped entertain my 11 month old daughter whilst I made my purchase and completed all the paperwork. I couldn't have asked for better or more efficient service. Thank you very much Dreams.

Assistance was offered promptly on entrance to store. Assistant listened carefully to my needs and then offered a suitable selection of mattresses for me to try.

We found a bed and mattress that we wanted, got it on interest free credit and was ready for delivery within 2 weeks! Couldnt get better than that!

Hi Taylor first greeted me , very well turned out young man very polite show me a good choice of beds , then handed me over to Emma who made the whole sales so easy ,she made sure i had everything i needed and sorted all paper work out, even of a cup of tea ,how nice , very pleased with my service today .

overall the visit was successful and I achieved what I wanted to achieved. The help provided by Emma in the store helped me with my decision greatly.
