Dreams - Reigate

The service in the shop was fantastic. They took the time to understand our needs and we were not felt rushed. The delivery drivers were great. They were on time, polite and happy to assist. Clearly going above and beyond. We had lost faith with ordering large items from retail stores after a nightmare with a sofa from Harvey's. Dreams has brought back our faith in customer service. Thank you!

My first visit the young assistant was very helpful and explained what was on offer and how the store was laid out. I was not going to purchase as it was a quick review during my lunch break. When I went back on the Saturday I knew what I wanted and the new assistant was as helpful.

Taylor Evans welcomed me to the store and listened to what I was looking for. His knowledge of the products available to meet my requirements was excellent and he took the time to explain the all different options. I was very impressed with his confidence and efficiency in dealing with me. His colleagues processed the actual order very quickly (Taylor isn't old enough to do it himself!) and were very thorough in making sure I understood all the information. Your delivery staff today were excellent - had warm smiles even though getting the bed and mattress to the very top on my house on a warm day can't have been any fun. All in all, I'm a very happy customer. Would recommend highly.
