Emma and Jasmine were really helpful. They understood what I was looking for and gave me a very good deal.

A helpful assistant was with me as soon as I entered the store. I already had a list of my intended purchases and was shown the exact bed I wanted. The assistant displayed the furniture items on the screen as they are made to order. I was offered coffee and the whole ordering process was quick, efficient and helpful.

We arrived at your store and Tracey came and assisted us in learning about your products and understanding what was available. She was very helpful and she suggested an ottoman style bed which really made us very happy as we are short on storage. We did not feel rushed or pressurised in buying a bed and we enjoyed the experience very much. Tracey was excellent and you as a company should be very proud to have an employee like her.
