A member of staff welcomed us when we entered the store and took her time to show us all the products we were interested in, she also new lots about all the product and took the time to answer all our queries.

Jasmine, who served us was fantastic a real credit to your store. Friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The only downside was that she appeared to be on her own and if the store had been busier then she wouldn't have been able to offer the same level of service, which she clearly took pride in.

The lady was very pleasant and fully explained everything to me which was very helpful.

I was given all the information I needed and was shown all the available beds and mattresses. I was very happy with the service I received and would definitely come back to Dreams for any other bed purchases

The sales assistant acknowledged our presence in the store and as soon as she had completed her business with a previous customer she came over to us, introduced herself and immediately took us over to the section we needed and explained all the available options. She dealt with our order very proficiently.
