The sales assistant was working on her own, she had a few other potential clients in shop and also the computer system was running slow but she did not in any way try to rush through the sale. Also she was bothered by some very stupid teenagers and she handled the whole situation very well. Applause to her.

Assistant was helpful and took time to show me various options. Disappointed that some bed frames had a long delivery wait.
