The whole experience was both speedy and efficient. I was able to spend minimal time in the store as the assistant was both knowledgeable and helpful.

Emma and her assistant were extremely helpful in the store, even exchanging a mattress from one bed on the other side of the store to make sure the combination we were looking for was right, as we wanted a particular height for our bed. This was very instrumental in making up our minds for the purchase. The offer of a cup of coffee whilst we were completing the paperwork was gratefully accepted. A very pleasant way to buy a bed.

The assistance was very helpful and knowledgeable and the price of the mattress was reasonable however I think your delivery charge and charge for taking away the old mattress is extortionate, the take away 'old' mattress should be included in the delivery charge not a separate charge.

Friendly Staff, New a lot of knowledge and managed to listen and suit particular requirements for my individual needs. Spent a lot of time and offered a drink.

Parking was easy, sales person wasn't pushy, however was very helpful when asked a question and knowledgeable

She spent a considerable amount of time with us, but at the same time did not neglect other customers waiting for service by giving an expected waiting time. Tracey went the extra mile by offering us tea or coffee, a much appreciated touch.
