Taylor the Dreams Colleague was really helpful and the experience was very enjoyable. We didn't feel pressured at all which was so nice as we had been looking forward to buying a new mattress for a while. Taylor product knowledge is really good and thank you!

Emma was very helpful. She obviously has excellent knowledge of the beds we were looking at and answered all our questions thoroughly and in a neutral manner (i.e. not pushing us towards more expensive products, but listening to our needs and giving relevant advice). She also struck a good balance between being available to help and also leaving us alone to test the beds in our own time. She also offered us tea on two separate occasions!

We found Emma at the Redhill store very helpful. We were overwhelmed with havibg so many choices of matreeses to choose from but Emma was so helpful and we are delighted with our choice.

Very pleased with the girl who looked after us. Helpful but not at all intrusive.
