The store colleague was very friendly, listened to what we wanted and we didn't feel rushed into making a decision although we did place an order there and then!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff who didn't try and hard sell the products, but gave advice and answered our questions. Very good experience and although we spent more than we had intended, we feel as though we got good value for our money.

Emma was so helpful and knowledgeable.. much nicer experience than when we went to Benson For Beds.

We went into the shop to buy a replacement mattress and achieved exactly what we wanted to do and feel confident that we have the right replacement mattress

The staff were very efficient and helpful even to the point of hospitality of offering tea and coffee. Their knowledge of the products was very good as my wife suffers from arthritis and they knew the best mattress for us to have total comfort letting us try out as many as we wanted. Overall this is the store I would recommend to anyone needing a bed and mattress.

The staff were extremely helpful without being at all pushy. When I said that I would contemplate my decision they remained interested so I went back the next day to place my order.

We wanted to replace our new Tempur mattress as it was not the right mattress for us. So we wanted to take our time and find exactly the right replacement. Theresa was highly professional and knowledgeable and really helped us in our decision process. She was also very patient and understood our need to try different products. We actively read reviews and use the internet for product comparison and price matching. However our experience made us want to buy from the store and specifically Theresa. We had recently purchased a bed from Dreams and were very happy with the product and service which made us try Dreams again for our new mattress.

I went in to look at an item I had seen online. The gentleman in the shop asked if he could help, I told him what I wanted to see, he showed me, I liked it, so I bought it. Job done.

The assistant - John - explained things extremely clearly - had no expectation / assumption about what we wanted / how much we'd pay. Took his cues from us, was efficient and helpful.
