I was treated to a smiling,helpful member of staff who knew what she was talking about when i walked into the store,i was offered a cup of coffee while i placed my order and everything went very smoothly . The mattress arrived when it said it would after Ross called to give me a time slot. And my son loves it...so all happy.

Allowed us time to look around and assistance was available when we were ready to place an order
