Didn't want to spend too much time on this purchase, wanted something bought quickly and get it over with. Hate shopping for everything, so was very pleased that this purchase fitted in with my plan.

The sales assistant Theresa at your store in Reigate is fantastic, she took the time to understand what it was I was looking for, was very knowledgeable about the features and benefits of all the mattresses and wasn't at all pushy. When I went back a few days later with my wife she remembered me and the mattress I was interested in, I could have placed my order on line but chose to go back to the store as she was so helpful
