As well as having great quality products, Theresa at your Reigate store was very helpful and friendly and had great product knowlege too. She didn't hassle us and even left us alone to try some of the beds whilst she made my Mum a coffee. Her advice was great and she's an asset to your company. Many thanks Theresa!

Charlie spent time giving an honest appraisal of our options and did not try to upsell. Had our interest at heart. Optional pillows were added to our mattress as an additional purchase to improve our sleeping experience. Charlie knew her products and did not to refer to colleagues for help. She provided confidence for a sizeable expenditure. She was friendly.

2 People helped me. On the initial visit it was the manager as she was extremely experienced, friendly and not at all pushy. We returned about 2 hrs later to spend more time looking and a colleague who'd only been there a year took over. He was very polite, friendly and as he discussed options and answered my questions, I realised the extent of his knowledge and was really impressive and felt well informed. He drew on experience of the products from his own family which helped me. I've got the last 2 mattress purchases wrong but feel that with their help, have got it right this time and also really approve of the returns policy if their is an issue. I felt it took the pressure off having to get it right from only a couple of tries on the mattress and am more confident in my choice because of it. I also had 2 young children with me and the staff member occupied them which gave me time to give attention to choosing the right bed.
