The staff were very friendly and eager to help, Emma searched on line for the bed I had previously seen to ensure that I was buying the right one, she was very helpful and even offered tea or coffee.

My wife and I felt we were looked after 100% as all the attention was given to us.

Theresa was very helpful and was patient, going through various product combinations until we found what we were looking for

Your colleague in Dreams (Reigate), i.e. Emma Ingram, was extremely helpful, and efficient in handling my transaction. She appeared to understand everything about which I had an inquiry, and could explain things clearly and politely. She infused a confidence in me as I made the purchase. I have not had occasion to purchase anything from Dreams in the past, but would have no hesitation in returning there again, should the need arise.

The shop assistant / manager Charlie-jade was incredibly friendly whilst dealing with my continuously stupid questions over and over again.

We were offered assistance at the right time. The approach was interested without being pressured and we were offered good advice along with being asked the right questions. The process of purchasing was smooth and everything was explained clearly.

When entering the store I was unsure whether I was interested in buying a bed and mattress, just a mattress, or nothing at all. I was approached by a friendly worker who was more than happy to leave us alone to look around at our request. Once we had questions, he was keen to help in any way he could, but I didn't feel pressured to buy. Once I decided to buy a mattress (and not a bed) I didn't feel pressured into buying the bed and was offered quality service throughout.

Delightful staff. To be honest, the bed wasn't exactly what we were looking for and the waiting time for delivery isn't ideal either, but the staff were so good we went with Dreams anyway.
