The assistant knew a lot about the item we wanted and she was selling to us and advised us on certain aspects which was very helpful

The sales assistant, Emma, was very knowledgeable and helped us to make our decisions. She was always on hand if we needed her advice and was very patient.

The assistant was very knowledgeable as to what I wanted, I had previously been to every bed store around where I live and dreams was the only store to have exactly what I wanted, the only issue I had was that this store did not have the mattress on show, but Emma the assistant found a larger branch some miles away had one, so I visited it, tried mattress and rang her on the way home and ordered it straight away. This assistant was so helpful and very polite, I could not of asked for a better one. It is however a shame that all the mattresses are now being made with memory foam and not everyone wants that, I did not.

We had the opportunity to see and lie on a variety of mattresses. The assistant who served us was knowledgeable and helped us in choosing a suitable mattress.

Very happy with the service offered by the staff in the Reigate store. Personal service and made to feel like we had as much time as we wanted to make a decision on our new mattress. Staff were very knowledgeable and professional.

helpful and knowledgeable staff. we bought our previous bed and mattress from the same store ten years ago we were equally happy with our purchase and service then, and we certainly weren't disappointed with attention received on this visit.
