Very friendly staff new what bed I wanted but wasn't sure what mattress I wanted the girl helped me find my perfect one and even got a morning delivery slot so very happy

Friendly help. Staff not pushing for sale. Have time for you to look around shop & assistance was on hand if needed.

We found the staff (Emma & Taylor) extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The process of completing the order was easy and the options available were brilliant. Availability of the products was not a problem and the delivery date was easily achievable. The whole experience was smooth and this was complimented by the staff being extremely helpful and a pleasant manner. The quality of the products made this choice quite easy.

Buying my first flat has been as stressful as it has been exciting, but mostly stressful! I am not very good at making decisions on paint colours, carpets, sofas or, it turns out, beds/mattresses. Emma in the Reigate branch was very knowledgable and friendly. She wasn't pushy but got everything sorted quickly.

Charlie (Reigate store) was excellent. She showed us a lot of different mattresses to help us make our decision. She was very knowledgeable about the different products. She listened carefully to our requirements and was very patient as we tried many different mattresses.

The staff member that assisted me was very kind and attentive. She did provide a lot of alternatives to what I needed and was very helpful

I think the staff member that I dealt with, was very understanding, and provided quiet a lot of options. She helped me decide on the product I just bought. Made a really good cup of tea too
