I only came in looking for pillows and the assistant was extremely helpful letting me try them and giving me advice. She even offered me a cold drink as it was very warm in the shop. The pillows were on a great offer as well!

I needed some advice about mattresses and the sale assistant, Charlie, was most helpful. She was very informative about the Dreams products and there was no pressure whilst I tried various mattresses out.

Good selection of products to choose from. Sales Assistant was very polite, friendly, helpful and efficient.

Staff knowledge and availability. Made me feel like a valued customer. Great pillow service making sure I was comfortable at the neck and head end and her knowledge of comfort to suit the individual. Didn't feel rushed - in fact I spent around 2 hours trying the beds. Emma was very patient and makes a great cup of tea too. There was no high sell pressure from Emma.

I knew which product I wanted. The assistant was able to direct me to an offer on a similar spec product. She was friendly and cheerful. She was efficient

I was greeted with friendliness. Assistant was very helpful and attentive, and most of all patient. I appreciated that I was not pushed towards mattresses that I was not looking for. My experience was very pleasant in the Dreams store.

Customer services adviser Charlie at Reigate branch was excellent in all areas of customer services, product knowledge, clear explanation of purchase process. Very friendly & helpful - Charlies assistance was the reason we went in to store after initial research on Sunday 28th to make an in store purchase. Please reward Charlie for her excellent sales skills & personality.
