Dreams - Reigate

The visit to dreams was extremely quick (much quicker than I had imagined) where my needs were listened to and suitable options were provided. Due to a knee injury it was difficult for me to manoeuvre myself around the store so the staff were extremely understanding and helpful with this providing me with all the information I would need without me having to walk all the way around the store - this for me was extremely kind and made me certain that I would be purchasing from dreams! The staff were also extremely knowledgable and were able to indicate what I could buy that fitted within my budget. Overall my dreams experience in Reigate was quick, enjoyable and friendly. I have already recommended dreams in Reigate to other members of my family and friends - I can not sing it's praises highly enough! You have got a very well run shop in Reigate and your staff should be incredibly proud of themselves for that!

from the minute I entered the store I was met immediately by friendly staff who assisted me and helped me choose a mattress, I already knew the frame I required. I was offered coffee or water to drink. I did accept a bottle of water as it was a very warm day and the cold water was very welcomed. All in all I was dealt with very promptly and efficiently

Hi, we bought a bed from this store 7 years ago. We wanted the same bed for our spare room and came back, also our son bought his bed from this store too as the guys have great product understanding and buying a bed is a tad more of a challenge than you think!

Emma at Dreams, Reigate, was very helpful and accommodating. She asked us specific questions which helped us to find the right products to match our needs. We had a fantastic nights sleep on the gel pillows that were recommended to us and are very much looking forward to receiving our materess. The service was efficient and it took no time at all to complete our order and arrange delivery.
