Torres who assisted us with our purchase had great knowledge and left us with enough time to make the correct decision on which mattress to purchase.

Kyra was super friendly on the phone and then during our visit to Reigate Dreams store. She was very thorough, kind, friendly and very knowledgeable and then gave my daughters and I time to think and retry the beds.

The sale assistance Racheal in the Reigate branch was absolutely fantastic she was so helpful and totally understood the needs we wanted in a bed . She was also so friendly and just made us feel at ease with all the restrictions the bottles of water again such a nice touch ☺️

We were met by Torres, the store manager, when we arrived into the shop. He could not have been more friendly or more thorough. He asked us questions about our current bed and sleep experience. About what we wanted from a new mattress and what, if anything we did not like about our current mattress. We then were set up on the technical bed that measures your pressure points. And following that tried out a number of different mattresses. We both found the experience to be an incredibly positive one.

I cancelled my order from your Crawley store, after purchase, as I was sold a product that when I researched it , didn’t meet my requirements I felt I wasn’t given enough or full information on all the different types of mattress and was shown only 3, I went over to your Reigate store, and was served by Amy, what a different experience, and atmosphere in that store, she was friendly , very knowledgeable,she took the time to listen and show me everything that was suitable, I purchased a mattress that met my requirements with her help, for I might add at under half the price of the one sold to me at the Crawley branch

Both Colva Torres (1st visit) and Amy (2nd) were both very good. Torres (how I was introduced) was very competent, knowledgeable, understood the COVID issues, listened to my needs & requirements. He gave me time to ask questions, time to try the beds with no pressure. Very good. Torres was with customers when I returned so Amy finalised my order, very quick and made it all easy.
