Very helpful staff, understood my concerns not knowing anything about beds.

The product we required was available within our allocated cost.

All the staff were lovely, very welcoming, not pushy yet helpful. They helped entertain our baby so we could focus on what we were doing. Vithush was very knowledgable, quickly ascertained what we wanted and helped us find a mattress that was right for us.

The store assistant was very helpful & professionally friendly. She asked our requirements & was quick to show us our options. The ordering process was fairly quick and she explained delivery options very clearly. Choosing and completing our order took less than 30 minutes from start to finish.

The Sale Assistant, Vithush, was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

The service from Emma was outstanding, her knowledge/politeness and understanding was exceptional. We got exactly what we wanted for a great price. Will certainly recommend to others.

My intentions were to view a particular item in store and maybe go away and think about it. The staff were so knowledgeable and gave us enough time to consider the option in private and to think about any further questions we may have had. We are not yet in to our property but we're aware prices could potentially increase on the following Monday. So we decided to purchase our bed, and Suthakaran agreed to select the last posssible date for delivery and advised us that we simply call up a minimum of 3days prior and they will postpone and rearrange delivery. I am extremely satisfied with the service, product and price and since Saturday, we have already recommended two of our friends who are also looking! Thank you Reigate! Portia and Amroy.

Was really happy with the amount of qualitiy beds you had in store and with really good delivery dates . wWe had a lovely lady called Emma who was brilliant in every way .

Beverley was very helpful. We tested all the beds and were made to feel at home.
