Dreams - Reigate

The Staff were extremely good and kind as I was a bit emotional with a very ill husband in hospital. they were patient and gave me time to think about the purchase.

Both ladies in the Store were helpful, showed me what I wanted to look at when I had stated my request. Encouraged me to try the bed I selected. I am a returning customer, but what I had previously couldn't be identified and I couldn't remember exactly when purchased. I am downsizing due to husband being permanent hospitalised.

As per my experience ,In store variety of good collection and quality of beds ...And mainly the staffs friendly behaviour....

Helpfulness and attentiveness of the staff. Answered all questions, did not feel pressured and quick and efficient purchase

After deliberating over price, they showed me a previous display bed that was on sale and gave me a brilliant deal

Both of the sales people were so friendly and helpful. Emma who helped me on both my visits couldn't have done more. I could have spent all day with them!!!!

All the staff were involved with our purchase and where extremely helpful and also kept the children entertained

Beverley was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was delighted to hear that they try out the beds. She was very patient with me going backwards and forwards and kept making sure I had the right pillow to ensure I got the best tests. Her female colleague was also very nice and helpful. Your staff exceeded my expectations and they totally deserve an award. Please do let her know that she went the extra mile. thank yoiu

The assistant approached as soon as we entered the store but was in no way "in your face". She offered any help we needed and gave us plenty of information if we needed it. Beverley seemed well aware of all the answers we needed and was very helpful. She explained the advantages of mattress toppers etc and showed us the products.

The staff member was very helpful and understanding of my requirements. He offered us the various pillows to try and find the right comfort and offered us a drink while we had time to think about the purchase. We ended up buying a pillow in the process.
