Assistant Theresa was very knowagable and friendly nothing was to much trouble

We entered the store to start our search however Vithush was excellent (knowledgable, patient and friendly) and so we purchased.

The assistant Vitlush was very friendly from the moment I walked in. He was able to answer all my questions, including some I would not have thought of!!! He was helpful but not at all pushy which is the most important thing for me. He put me at ease straight away. He processed the order with ease and with a constant smile. I could not fault his service and would definitely return on this basis.

Theresa was very knowledgeable and attentive

We were attended to promptly, but without feeling rushed. The sales assistant, Emma, listened to us properly (so often it is superficial in other stores), she was very professional and found products for us which matched our requirements which we hadn't noticed in the store. We appreciated the cup of tea we were given while completing the paper work. Nothing was forced on us, options were given, everything explained clearly (delivery, assembly etc.) and overall we came out feeling very satisfied with the experience.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Made sure we were assisted even though all staff were busy when we arrived.

Sales assistant greeted us straight away and understood what we were after. Discussed what options I had available and even made me a cup of coffee when we were going over the order.

Both staff I spoke to (Wes and Emma) were knowledgable about the product and helpful with our questions about it.

We walked into Dreams in Reigate and Emma was extremely polite and a welcoming smile, offering to take our coats and tea and coffee, she made us feel very relaxed, Emma talked us through what we were looking for and was able to narrow it down to just 2 items, she left us to decide. Emma was very helpfull and extremely knowledgable, We work in the hospitality trade and my husband and I understand how important training and customer service is, Emma nailed it for you! She was great! - we would offer her a job with us in a flash! :) well done dreams
