Dreams - Reigate

As soon as I walked in the store was greeted by Theresa, told her what I was looking for, she was very helpful. Very happy with my purchase. Store was clean and tidy and welcoming.

Our sales person was a very helpful and knowledgeable lady by the name of Theresa. She was very patient with my husband and myself as we are both OAP. Everything was explained in plain English for us and she was extremely helpful with out being pushy. We would certainly go back to the Reigate branch again.

We visited the reigate store and was straight away approached by an assistant asking if we need help. The assistant took us downstairs to view a different bed but in the colour we wanted and also helped us choose the mattress. He was helpful and very efficient.

Wonderful service. It's rare to find genuine service nowadays however Emma was friendly, polite and approachable. She was excellent with my children, showing real interest in their nonstop chatter, she even found them some colouring when they started to get bored. She's a real credit to your company!

Emma was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. We took our time debating between a few mattresses and she was verypatient and chatty the whole time. Excellent service, we hadn't planned to purchase as this was our 1st visit but we felt confident with our choice because of the advice given by Emma.

Great service from the sales assistant. He was understanding and courteous. The female assistant was very friendly as well. You don't see much good customer service these days, well done!
