Emma was first class in product knowledge,she listened to my needs and advices me accordingly.I was then let to have time to decide between the beds she recommended.At no time did she make feel pressured.

Very good customer service and brought the product we went in to buy The only slight problem we had was no children’s bed were on display, which we were also on the market to purchase as well as a new bed for us.

Friendliness of staff and explained the mattresses in detail . Understood my requirements and suggested beds . Only thing was it’s a month before the product is delivered - quite a wait

On our first visit Ben was very helpful and took us through everything very clearly, explained separate costs of everything, lead times etc. There were a couple of things we had not thought about and had to go home and check, and good job we did as one of the draws wouldn't have opened all the way. On our return we spoke to Emma who was very helpful as well. we felt very comfortable with the team at Reigate and had no hesitation in placing our order and will return in a month or so when our daughters room is ready for her new day bed.

The assistant, Emma, was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. She took time to understand my specific needs and made very helpful recommend suggestions.
