We were given a test mattress where we were told to lie and guven choices accordingly

Very easy process. The salesman (Dan) was very knowledgeable about the range the prices and what he thought would be best for me. I tried the machine which was good and order to delivery was only a few days.

Kyra in your Reigate store was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. She ran me through lots of different options but I never felt hurried or under pressure. Excellent customer service.

Rachel listened very well to what we were looking for and was professional and friendly, she told us about the insurance and other options but wasn't at all pushy which I really value. Highly knowledgeable and unhurried in her approach. Both she and her colleague took great measures to ensure social distancing and other safety measures.

We had a good idea of what we wanted before we came to the store. I called ahead to see if the mattress we were interested in was on display in store for us to try. When we arrived, Kyra came to offer us assistance and said that she was the one I had spoken to on the phone. She was very receptive to the fact that we knew what we wanted, but still offered some alternatives so that we could be sure of our decision. At no point did we feel pressured into anything or feel like it was just a sales pitch. We brought our 11 month old son with us and Kyra was great with him too. The whole process was easy and painless. Once we'd decided on the products we liked, Kyra explained all of the payment and delivery options to us and how the whole process works. We wanted to take the evening to think about the options, so returned the next day to place the order. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the lady who assisted me with placing the order, but she was also very knowledgeable and helpful, explaining everything again and making the ordering and payment process very quick and easy. We'd like to thank the team at the Reigate store and commend their exceptional customer service.

The Lady helping us was extremely knowledgable and answered all of our questions. She also had a lot of patience and let us spend time alone to make our final decision.

The assistant was very knowledgeable. He allowed us plenty of time to test the mattresses and lie on them for some time to judge how we felt. He took us through all aspects of the mattress itself and the sale and delivery.

Rachel listened to what we wanted and quickly showed us the relevant products. Her knowledge was excellent and she explained the benefit of the alternative products well.

I knew what I wanted before entering the store however the assistant was extremely helpful and knew her product specifications.
