Ben was sympathetic to my needs and extremely helpful in his guidance. His knowledge was very reassuring.

The service was amazing really great team friendly. I did not feel rushed to make a purchase we even had a coffee, Special mention for Emma who placed my order really knew her her products. We will visit again.

We were served by Lance who explained he was standing in for the manager. He was very well informed about all the various mattresses and gave us all the information we required for a purchase which would be best for us. It was a pleasure shopping and the degree of customer service provided by Lance is, unfortunately only all too rare. All this and a cup of coffee.

Emma was very helpful and was not pushy. gave us space to browse and discuss options ourselves. she was very helpfull explaining the T&Cs and available products/order times etc.

Spoke with Ben over the phone to discuss our requirements and then followed up with a store visit due to the offer on the mattress we like ending on Tuesday and we would not be able to visit over the weekend due to other commitments. Ben was able to help us immediately, highlighted various alternatives to our initial choice, arranged for us to have a welcome cup of tea whilst we looked around.

We had been recommended the product so went in to see for ourselves. What was particuarly pleasing was the assistant who was very helpful and very knowledgable but who also knew when to withdraw and leave us alone for a bit. It's a hard balance but she got it right. We made two visits and had the same assistant both times. She was very thorough and suggested alternatives when I wanted the base to match our current decor. She covered every part of the purchase thoroughly & was efficient with it.
