Staff very friendly and helpful

My daughter and I had looked at the Dreams website before our visit so we knew what sort of bed frame we were looking for but wanted to try them out. We were immediately greeted by Krya and when we said that we were looking for 2 particular bedframes she took us to the downstairs showroom and showed us the one that was on display. As the second model we had thought about was not in the Reigate store she checked for other showrooms that would have it. In the end, we decided on the one that we saw anyway. We had very little idea about mattresses so Kyra invited us to try as many as we wanted and was very knowledgeable and informative about the choices. Once we had decided what we wanted we were fully informed about all the options for additional services - construction, Bed Cover, disposal of the old bed etc. and the soonest delivery date available was entirely reasonable. Kyra's colleague Emma was equally knowledgeable and they were delightful to deal with. Lovely friendly personalities without being "in your face". Well done Dreams on your choice of staff and good training.

We had a very pleasant experience at Dreams, we were able to test a large range of mattresses, the staff were helpful and friendly giving us pillows to try the beds, offered us drinks and we were able to accommodate a deal that would suit our needs.

Emma welcomed us to the store and spent time with us working out what mattress is best for us. She was very knowledgeable about all the stock available and we did not feel pushed to buy anything. The store although small (Reigate) still had a great selection of mattresses to choose from, but did not have the frame we wanted which we had seen online.

The customer service was very good, I found out about a range of different offers. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I was highly satisfied because Ben in your Reigate branch listened to what I was looking for and immediately recommended two bed options, which were both exactly what I was after. The hardest decision was which one to order.

Friendly and knowledgable staff

Our assistant in Reigate was Emma - she was very helpful and knowledgeable - she spent time with us when we needed it but then also gave us time to consider and test when we needed it.
