Dreams - Reigate

I was quickly shown the product I had seen online - and as I was happy with the quality and cost - I ordered.

The Dreams employee (Ben) quickly understood my requirements and he showed me the product that best met my needs (quality and price). I was able to make a rapid decision about my purchase, complete the paperwork, set up an order date and leave with 15 minutes!

The young man who served us was knowledgeable, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He was great.

I still like to see the product I purchase. I had seen it online but having made a recent bad decision by buying without trying it was good to come to a Dreams branch and speak face to face and to make the purchase right then once I knew it was all that I needed.

Good customer service, made us feel comfortable to try beds and was really helpful to show us what we were looking for

Ben (Reigate) was a very professional salesman who was not pushy or presumptuous. He was very friendly and very patient and talked us through lots of options which was most appreciated. He had some very good suggestions but listened well to our needs. Would definitely buy from Dreams again, although won't need to for another 8 years I hope!

We were helped to find the mattress we were looking for.
