I did my research of what I thought I wanted on the website, I came in store to look at beds and mattresses and the lady I was served by took me to the items I was interested in and showed me alternatives. She was helpful, knowledgable and it was a swift and easy transaction.

Helpful service, not pushy. Keen to show all options and discuss requirements. Short lead time to delivery. Good communication to let me know delivery info. Received call just before delivery. Very helpful and polite guys, Scott and Craig. Asked about removing packaging and happy to move my old mattresses to another floor as I couldn't do it on my own, as well as removing a mattress. Friendly, helpful people make a difference to the whole experience and I received this in store and on delivery.

The staff was 10/10 ,very helpfull and pacient and also she sames to care about costumers ,good advice and 5 star lady ,her name is Emma and I highly recommend her service. thank you once again Emma

The colleague who served us, Kyra, was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the difference styles of beds and types of mattress and let us view at our leisure before taking through the order process thoroughly.

Assistants were friendly and took their time, even though the shop was busy. We did not feel rushed

You close at 6pm. Emma waited for me to arrive and stayed beyond that time. Mattresses are great
