Dreams - Reigate

The sales assistant knew exactly what she was talking about. I bought a mattress from Dreams 9 years ago and she new what I was talking about when I said I wanted basically the exact same mattress again. She wasn’t too pushy or in our face, she gave us time but enough information to make our choice then and there. She was fantastic.

Ben was very professional and had a lot of knowledge of all products, he wasn’t to pushy when it came to sales as myself and partner had a couple of other stores to visit as well. I came back with my mum the next and she was also very pleased with his service. We were offered refreshments while placing there my order and all staff were chatty and helpful too.

The staff were great, very helpful - even brought me a cup of tea while placing my order! - and I had a really good experience overall. Looking forward to receiving my new mattress and am delighted it is coming so soon.

Ben was helpful showing me the different mattresses & giving me a pillow to help. Advised me on the products in differebt mattresses & to try between the 2 i was interested in & to take as long as i needed to to lay there & get a good feel of the bed, even offered me a coffee. I woukd definitely recommend this shop & tge whole service i receivdd5even down to the text i receivdd for deljvery time to tge actual politeness & care from the delivery men. Very happy 😀
