Ben was extremely knowledgable, was incredibly patient and very welcoming. Offered us a cup of tea whilst we tried out several mattresses. Wonderful service!

Ben was very helpful, polite and efficient. Both members of staff were cheerful, and store was clean and tidy. The purchse process was very easy and quick.

I was served by Emma who was extremely friendly and helpful as I was searching for two beds that needed to be delivered after a house move that is taking place at the end of the month. She understood that I needed two guest beds and steered me towards beds that are most often chosen as guest beds for adults and children. She showed me colours available with headboards which I also purchased. Additionally, I bought pillows after trying them out and a new duvet. The purchase transaction was smooth and I was given a choice of delivery dates to suit my needs. Perfect.

Attentive and welcoming sales staff. I was welcomed on entering the store, asked if I needed any assistance - I said not at that time, I'd have a look around initially - had the colour coding and stand alone mattress price labelling pointed out (I expressed that I wanted a pocket sprung, standard double mattress), welcomed to try them out and then allowed to browse without someone constantly pushing a sale etc. Having made a selection, I was then taken through the purchase and was more than happy with a following week delivery slot.

Emma the assistant knew her stuff and was very helpful

the shop was clean and inviting the service was exalant plus ofered refreshments the price of the matress was less than i paid for a matress from u about 5 years ago I could not be happier

Staff were helpful and attentive without being too pushy

As we entered the store Ben was friendly and not forceful as he approached to ask us what we were looking for. He helped explain the store layout and gave us some space to try each mattress. Without hovering Ben was available to answer our questions. The price reduction in this particular sale was very good and contributed to our decision to purchase. We went for lunch and when we returned Emma helped us complete the order, and was one again very helpful. As was Keira who helped.
